Connector Flights:

All connection flight reservations booked with a carrier other than Transat (as per tour operator - Transat Vacations) are made at the risk of the consumers who hereby agree to assume the cost of any loss in the event of a change to the original flight schedules. Any changes or cancellations are subject to penalties as per the carriers terms and conditions and may supersede the Tour Operator / Just Say Yes! Destinations terms and conditions. The Tour Operator / Just Say Yes! Destinations cannot be held liable for damages or additional fees incurred by the consumer due to a missed flight connection.

Hotel Room

You are guaranteed the room category for which you have booked and paid for however, sometimes hotels over-sell themselves. In this event, they will upgrade you complimentary to their next available room category. It is also very important to note that room requests such as king size beds, adjoining rooms and location of the room will be submitted to the hotel on your behalf but are NOT guaranteed. These are allocated by the hotel upon check-in. Any and all hotel-related issues MUST be addressed with hotel management directly at the time of their occurrence as most often we can not assist with resolving such matters after your return and after the occurrence and especially if you did not bring it to their attention at the time. They are best equipped to satisfy your needs while you are there.

Final Payment:

Final payment is due on the date dated on your invoice. Any passengers who have not paid in full by this date can be cancelled without notice. It is your responsibility to pay your remainder on time. We reserve the right to cancel group space if you fail to comply with the payment schedule or other requirements outlined in this agreement. Penalties as outlined in this contract would apply.

Payment Details: - A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $150 per person is due upon booking

Final payment is due by January 6th, 2026

All payments must be received in the group before any travel documents can be released. Failure to pay by this date could result in cancellation of your booking.

Tickets / Documents

Tickets are normally released 1-2 weeks prior to departure.

No tickets will be released until Gravitate Travel and the tour operator has received all payments for the group.

It is solely the responsibility of the passenger to ensure that valid and proper documentation is obtained. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in denied boarding of the aircraft and cancellation of your flight arrangements without refund.
